Joss Whedon sorta confirms that the brother-sister duo Scarlet Witch and Quick Silver will be in Avengers 2. Since casting hasn’t been confirmed yet you can take this news with a pinch of salt. Also what does this mean in terms of Avengers/X-Men cross-overs in the future since the two are the children of Magneto who falls under the X-Men character roster that is owned by 21st Century Fox. via Geekosystem

The WonderCon trailer for The Wolverine gives us our first glimpse at The Silver Samurai. I’m still not sold on this movie but hopefully it’ll rise above X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Looks like Michael Bay was misquoted when he said the TMNT reboot would have the turtles be aliens and not mutants. According to an interview he did with Moviefone: “There was that quote saying that we’re making [the Ninja Turtles as] aliens. We’re not. It’s the ooze! It’s from the original source material. These are from the original writers, and I never went out to correct myself in the press. I do listen to the fans and I do want this to be authentic. I think they’re going to be really happy with this movie. When I see the digital stuff, the turtles look great. Really Bay? Really?!? via The Mary Sue.

I don’t know..after all the stellar trailers for Man of Steel, Iron Man 3 and Star Trek Into Darkness, to name a few, this one strikes me as “meh”. What do you guys think?
